How SoDA came to be. The idea for SoDA literally started over a few drinks in South Beach Miami in March of 2007. A number of CEO’s from recognized digital agencies had known, spoke or met each other over last 10-15 years and agreed to meet in Miami to discuss the industry as a whole and at a minimum, have a good time. There was no agenda and no expected results. | Take a look at Membership. During the incubation phase of the organization, membership is by invitation only. We are attempting to build a founding membership that has a broad international reach, and represents the various facets of our industry. | The SoDA mission. The Mission Statement Approach In drafting our mission statement we had several objectives for this to be successful and stand the test of time. The first objective is that it had to be simple and measurable, in that its meanings are clear, not vague, and the success of the organization can be easily gauged against the mission itself. |
